Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

Some items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your returned item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted. Examples include:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm that it has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, since processing times can vary

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return your item, please contact us and we will give you the return address.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
